Are there any hidden fees?
None. We charge 2.5% per successful transaction. Razorpay also charges a small processing fee (~2%) on the buyer's end.
Can I sell physical products?
Yes — we collect shipping details from the buyer at checkout, and you ship when ready.
What happens if a buyer asks for a refund?
You handle refunds directly with your buyer. We don't charge you anything for refunds.
