What is Rootflip

Rootflip is a marketplace platform operated by Chirag, India. We provide the tools for creators to sell products and services — we are not the seller. Each creator is solely responsible for what they list and deliver.

Creator Responsibilities

As a creator on Rootflip, you are fully responsible for:

• Delivering exactly what you describe in your listing
• Responding to buyer queries within 14 days
• Only selling products you own or have rights to
• Handling disputes with buyers directly and in good faith
• Complying with all applicable Indian laws

Platform Fee & Payouts

Rootflip charges 2.5% per transaction — no monthly fees, no hidden charges. Earnings are paid out weekly via UPI or bank transfer. Minimum withdrawal is Rs.100. Payouts may be held if a dispute is open on your account.

Prohibited

Selling pirated or counterfeit content, fake accounts, fraudulent transactions, illegal products, or anything violating third-party rights. Violations result in immediate account suspension.

Rootflip's Role

Rootflip is a technology platform, not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We are not liable for product quality, delivery failures, or creator conduct. Our liability is limited to the platform fee collected on any disputed transaction.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India. Contact: rootflipsupport@gmail.com
