We collect your name, email, phone number, and UPI/bank details when you sign up or request a payout. Buyers provide their name, email, and phone when making a purchase. We also collect usage data and analytics to improve the platform.
How we use it
Your data is used to operate the platform, process payments, send order confirmations, and pay out earnings. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may share data with Cashfree (payment processing) and Resend (email delivery) as necessary to operate the service.
Data storage
Data is stored securely on Supabase servers. We use industry-standard encryption and access controls. We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion by emailing us.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email rootflipsupport@gmail.com. We will respond within 7 business days.
